I've been in leadership for nearly 20 years, and for over half that time, I've focused on sales, which has taught me more about people than anything else. I've coached hundreds of individuals to sell everything from insurance to SaaS, and that experience is where my skillset comes from. I can help improve specific outcomes after just one session of coaching. But coaching is a partnership. It requires trust, accountability, and a growth mindset. I can't help someone who isn't willing to try something new.

I've made mistakes in leadership. I've pretended to be something I'm not, and I paid for it by losing my people's trust. That was a hard lesson.

I've made mistakes in sales too. Not listening closely enough, missing what a client actually needed, pushing my own agenda because I thought I already knew the answer. I've lived every one of those mistakes myself, and I've also coached hundreds of people out of the exact same ones. The more I owned my missteps, the better I understood why I made them, and how to help others avoid them too. I'm not perfect, I still make mistakes. What sets me apart is that I learn from them, adapt, and keep improving, both for myself and for the people I coach.
