60 minute coaching session tailored to your specific goals
We start with your data, your activity, opportunities, close rates, win rates, any and all conversion metrics. From here, we build a detailed assessment for you to use and coach from. This will include your current sales methodology and metrics to determine where improvement can be made.
You will be able to access your assessment and the information it provides after our sessions are complete.
3- 45 minute sessions included in this package
The first session will be collecting data and understanding your current sales process and challenges you are experiencing.
The second session will be a review of the first assessment and discuss exposed themes.
The third session will be adding more data to the assessment and discussing implemented changes.
(Will require call transcripts in order to build)

We start the workshop journey with virtual visits with you (and/or team members) to find out where we can make improvements. An in-depth discussion to ask about current workflow, what is working well, what challenges you are experiencing, etc. Once all the interviews are complete I will discuss what prescriptive workshop would benefit your organization the best and begin to tailor this hour long engagement session.
We will schedule an in-person event for you and/or your team to give them the tools they need to improve on their processes.
